Paneltex has appointed Victor Loriggio to sales manager LCV, covering the east of England, London and the south-east, covering Somers refrigerated van conversions, as well as small box bodies up to 7.5 tonne.
Andrew Hird is now used vehicle sales manager at south coast Mercedes-Benz dealer Pentagon Commercials. He is supported by used vehicle sales executive Keith Farley, who has been promoted from administrator. Jamie MacIntosh has joined Scania's bus and coach team as sales executive for the company's northern England region, while Andrew Hamilton has come out of retirement to cover the London and south east area, formerly looked after by Graham Tkaczyk, who left the organisation to start his own coaching firm. Cameron Forecourt has strengthened its board with the appointment of two new directors. The Barnsley-based company has appointed Martyn Gent as sales and marketing director and Graham Webb as quality and health and safety director. Continental Tyres has promoted Tracey Hyem to commercial marketing manager. As marketing manager for Continental's commercial vehicle and industrial product lines, she is now responsible for truck, bus, coach and off-highway sales. Max Kratzer is the new dealer development manager at Webasto. In his new role, Kratzer will be responsible for the management and development of the company's dealer network. Neil Ashworth, Tesco.com's operations and development director, is the new chairman of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in the UK (CILT). At Yuasa Battery Sales, Martyn Pearson has been promoted to UK field sales manager, while David Arnold has been appointed regional sales manager (south east). The company has also promoted automotive sales and marketing manager James Hylton, who is now responsible for Yuasa's expansion into Europe. From 1 December 2011, Edward Hodgson will take over as managing director, Stagecoach West Scotland.
