Commercial and Workshop Supervisor (CO-0087)

Nottingham City Council provides a successful vehicle maintenance business for large commercial fleets. In the last two years the number of fleet maintained has doubled and there are further commercial growth opportunities. Due to this expansion a vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Workshop Supervisor to join our dynamic business. As Commercial Workshop Supervisor you will support the management of a large vehicle workshop at the Eastcroft Depot, repairing and servicing the sizeable fleets for commercial clients as well as the Council's HGV fleet, together with an extensive range and variety of plant and equipment. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record in the delivery of commercial contracts and high quality customer service in a vehicle workshop setting. Ensuring a safe working environment and effective first line management of our skilled team essential. You will need to have a background and qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
