Based at our recently acquired Middleton Depot you will be responsible for the efficient, cost effective maintenance and presentation of a fleet of 56 vehicles to exacting standards and managing a maintenance team of approximately 24 staff.
As a forward thinking service orientated Transport Engineer you recognise that our business is not just about repairing buses, it's about making services available to satisfy our customers through our engineering team at Middleton, it's about sustaining a preventative maintenance program and first time repair process calmly, without fuss within an agreed budget.
Candidates are sought from a number of backgrounds,PCV / LGV organisations, contract maintenance businesses or vehicle manufacturers / dealerships with large in house modern workshops.
Your track record is vital and ideally you will already have five years maintenance experience and corporate IRTE / SOE membership.
