We are looking for a District Manager to cover Scotland and Northern Ireland, which is a field based role, managing the dealer network within the territories for the Customer Service department of Iveco Limited in the UK.
Iveco designs, manufactures, and markets a broad range of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, off-road trucks, city and intercity buses and coaches as well as special vehicles for applications such as fire fighting, off-road missions, defence and civil protection.
Iveco employs over 27,000 people and runs 27 production units in 16 Countries in the world using excellent technologies developed in 6 research centres. Besides Europe, the company operates in China, Russia, Australia and Latin America. More than 6,000 service outlets in over 100 Countries guarantee technical support wherever in the world an Iveco vehicle is at work.
Reporting to the Dealer Operations Manager, the candidate will be required to:
• Manage, measure and motivate the Customer Service Network for Iveco. Seddon Atkinson and Irisbus using all relevant KPI's, ANS, VOR, Customer Satisfaction index, MOT.
• Identify, develop and manage dealer improvement plans to ensure the Dealer Network continually performs at the expected levels of customer service.
• Manage customer visit programmes both pro-active and re-active to ensure customer assurance and satisfaction.
• Ensure all dealers comply with BER and franchise standards through regular audits.
• Ensure the correct application of commercial policies within the dealer network.
The candidate must be a self-motivated team player with good customer focused skills and a high level of commercial awareness; educated to a high level and with good interpersonal skills and with an automotive engineering background. The candidate should have good IT skills and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
The successful candidate must be in a possession of a full, current and clean UK Driving License.
Due to the geographical location, it is essential that the successful candidate resides in Scotland, which is the main territory covered.
