We wish to recruit an experienced Service Manager to manage our busy workshops and field engineers with a view to driving profitability, meeting or exceeding performance targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Ideally, candidates should have previous workshop management experience in a large HCV franchised dealer, with a proven track record of ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. It’s essential to have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability and business acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong IT and administrative skills are also imperative.
