An excellent opportunity has arisen for a pro-active, experienced and ambitious individual to join the Company's senior management team as Engineering Director, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The Company is seeking a skilled man manager who will lead and motivate a team of 224 engineering staff to ensure high standards of service are delivered to our customers.
Candidates should be fully conversant with all legislative requirements, health & safety regulations and have good budgetary skills. They should also have a proven track record of successfully managing large engineering functions.
As Engineering Director you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining cost effective engineering processes, systems and codes of practices for Health & Safety. You will also be expected to deliver engineering excellence in order to help the Company achieve further passenger growth.
