Working closely with your engineering and operations colleagues you will ensure that the vehicle fleet is well maintained and immaculately presented on time, every time.
The successful candidate will hold appropriate engineering qualifications, have proven workshop management or supervisory experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of support staff. You will set and maintain high standards at all times whilst working within budgetary guidelines.
Key skills required;
- Appropriate engineering qualifications and the ability to obtain a CPC
- Workshop management or supervisory experience
- Ability to control costs
- A desire to lead, motivate, train and develop the Engineering team.
- IT literate
- Ability to plan effectively
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
