Key duties & skills required:
• Possess the right blend of leadership characteristics and excellent technical skills to help take our business to the next level.
• You should be competent in the use of common IT packages, have exceptional levels of verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
• You will be proficient with all DVSA requirements and have a proven track record of both technical and people management skills, preferably within the PCV/HGV sectors.
• lt is desirable that you hold Management CPC and a NEBOSH certificate and a relevant mechanical/electrical engineering qualification of Level Ill or above.
• You should have 3 years minimum experience working at a management level within a relevant engineering organisation.
