An effective leader and communicator you will be able to bring together and motivate staff to become a high performing team who will support the delivery of key council functions through the provision of efficient and responsive fleet, transport and workshops services.
A chartered engineer or corporate member of a relevant professional body, you will also have an understanding of the challenges in providing a transport service to passengers with mobility impairments and additional support needs, as well as managing a diverse fleet of over 800 vehicles.
