We are looking for two experienced LGV Managers tasked to manage and lead the LGV engineering team within a depot. You will ensure that the workshop is operated in a safe and legal manner at all times, and ensure that all our fleet meets legal requirements. You will also ensure that fleet availability meets the needs of the business, and that all LGVs are compliant and do not compromise our Operating Licence.
You will bring to the role a proven management record within the road transport industry, and demonstrate a strong technical, communication and health and safety knowledge. You will also need working knowledge of DVSA and other appropriate legislation and standards. Ideally you will have mechanical and engineering qualifications.
