Quality Auditor

In this key post supporting the Quality Manager, you will ensure all company systems comply with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards and monitor fleet maintenance standards to protect our Operators Licence, guiding and educating all levels of staff. You should have a strong knowledge of VOSA standards and hold a PCV licence (category D or restricted). • Make sure vehicles meet legal requirements and examine for condition. • Offer training on vehicle inspection techniques and quality system awareness. • Produce surveys, audits and projects. • Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of our fleet. • Audit all aspects of driver activity. • Examine new vehicles at suppliers' premises, or on delivery, to ensure acceptable build quality. You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels, orally and in writing, with clear and concise reports, proposing methods to improve performance. You must build good working relationships within the company and with outside contractors.
