Archer’s Transport bulls eye with Renault Range T

Tractor Units
Haulage and distribution operator Archer's Transport has taken delivery of the first two Renault Range T460.26 6x2 tractor units in its Nissan red and limestone livery.
These are the first Renaults in Archer's Scania-dominated fleet of 40 trucks and 90 trailers. Archer's Transport is a FORS registered operator, so both Range Ts have been fitted with front and side-facing blind spot cameras together with alarm system for safer driving on city roads and in close proximity to pedestrians and cyclists. "Renault Trucks are very good on fuel, which is important for the business and the Range Ts are doing well," comments managing director, Paul Archer. Supplied by Renault Trucks dealer, Allports Truck Centre in Lichfield, the Range Ts went on the road in February working on general haulage contracts across the UK for various blue chip customers.
