Agricultural bulk haulage specialist Craven Transport has taken delivery of five Renault Range T460 6x2 TML E6 tractors.
Supplied by dealer Thompson Commercials, the new Renault Range Ts replace older vehicles in Craven Transport's 23-strong mixed Renault, Scania and Mercedes fleet.
Despite only having been on the road for a couple of months, the Boston-based operator is reporting better fuel performance from the new vehicles than from others in its fleet.
"The early fuel figures are very promising," confirms Craven's managing director Andrew Craven. "We are getting at least a quarter mpg more than any of our other vehicles, which is of course great news for our business."
He adds: "The relationship that we have with Thompson Commercials, including the repair and maintenance contract, was key to our decision to bring the new Renaults on board."
