The investment is expected to reduce costs by brining brake testing capabilities in-house, eliminating the need for outsourcing.

With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the company offers a comprehensive range of repair and maintenance solutions for agricultural vehicles.

This mobile brake tester ensures the brakes on agricultural trailers are functioning and maintained correctly meeting all legislations. It comes with a built-in pull down system and hydraulic power station to operate brakes independently of the tractor.

Darren Waters of Darren Waters Agricultural Engineers, said: “we were impressed with Totalkare’s dedicated agricultural brake tester as we didn’t have to load our trailers initially, due to the brake tester having a pull-down weighing system. This not only saved us loading/unloading time, but also provided more accurate results. As the brake tester is specifically designed for agricultural vehicles, it also had wider rollers to cope with flotation tyres which are common on trailers.”
