Keen to harness the potential of a show that appeals squarely to transport engineers, technicians and fleet managers, CV Operator Show organiser Crystal Communications says it is focusing on workshops.
Taking place from 13 to 15 April 2010, the CV Operator Show looks set to provide plenty of opportunity for the latest technologies to be sampled – with space for the designated workshop environment at a premium.
This area is being billed as covering everything for maintenance workshops, including franchised and independent garages, bodyshops, motor factors, fast fit and parts and accessory retailers.
Among those companies promising to unveil technologies at the event are Stertil and Somers, with other exhibitors keen to talk about diagnostics equipment and its role in helping to find faults faster, regardless of make or model of vehicle, so cutting workshop hours.
Key exhibitors in the diagnostics community making the trip to Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre will include Omitec, Crypton and Texa. Large stands will also be manned by V-Tech and Launch X431, which will be on hand with technical advice and guidance.
In addition, garage equipment firms have committed in great numbers to the event, and visitors can expect to see Maha, Bradbury, Tecalemit and Gemco.
There will also be a vocational benefit to attending the event, with many exhibitors using their stands to provide technical updates, as well as advice and guidance on the latest technology, thereby contributing to visitor's continuing professional development (CPD) programmes.
"We expect most of the visitors to the show to be looking for repair and service solutions," says Bob Sockl, organiser of the CV Operator Show. "Visitors will have a great opportunity to see a wide range of new products and vital support services, all under one roof."
