Fiat Professional is reporting record UK sales for 2014 at almost 15,000 vehicles, up by 8% on 2013 – itself a record year for the manufacturer.
Since 2010, sales of Fiat vehicles have surged by 83%, says the company.
Underpinning its success for 2014 was the Fiat Ducato (pictured), launched last May and which took almost 3% of the larger LCV market.
"The new Ducato coming on stream mid-year gave us a significant boost and we have similar expectations of the new Fiat Doblò Cargo when it goes on sale in March," says Sebastiano Fedrigo, director for Fiat Professional UK.
