Imperial Commercials, the UK’s largest DAF Dealer group, has launched Imperial Truck & Trailer, a dedicated TRP all-makes truck, trailer and van parts shop on the Harpur Hill Business Park in Buxton.
The ‘tipper country’ facility brings the number of dedicated TRP shops to 11, stretching from Aberdeen and to Cornwall, with parts also available across Imperials’ 141-strong UK and Irish dealer network.
The Buxton TRP shop, which involved a £45,000 investment, opens with a £130,000 stock holding and a fleet of new vans, and is headed by branch manager Lee Tatam.
“Not only will the site benefit from the 75,000 TRP parts availability, but also from the £10 million group stock available from the overnight service with next day delivery,” comments Wayne Staley, dealer principal and formerly regional parts manager.
