Gavin Thoday, CEO, ISS, said: “This latest recruitment activity is to facilitate the ongoing growth of our managed aftersales service. We can monitor customers’ equipment remotely and respond immediately if something isn’t working correctly, without relying on them contacting us. It might not be the easy option from our perspective, but customers confirm it saves them time and resources, which can instead be focused on their core fleet operations.”
ISS is responsible for HGV safety solutions such as Cyclear for cyclist safety, Reaclear for reversing safety and the IDClear anti-rollaway device, as well as 4-8 camera recording systems with LIVE and remote footage download options. More recently, ISS launched its new software division Fleetclear, said to bring together multiple products and provides one system for managing vehicle assets, driver monitoring, telematics, video recording, vehicle tracking, safety equipment monitoring, compliance and operational management.
