The business, based in Welwyn Garden City, was keen to promote mobility and sports activities, so it chose three disabled athletes to star in the video: Jordan Williams, who plays power chair football for England; archer Annette Skuse; and tennis player Marc Francis.
The youngest – Jordan Williams, who was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) as a child – turned 18 last month and is looking for further support to buy a new power chair that costs £7,500 to play for England (see link).
Annette Skuse took up archery last summer and has already won the Indoor Recurve Handicap trophy at her St Albans-based club. During filming, she managed to place all six arrows in the main target area for the first time.
Wheelchair-tennis star Marc Francis practises every day to maintain and improve his position as one of the top 400 tennis players in the world.
