Link It Logistics has boosted its 22-strong truck and van fleet with four new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 313 long-bodied CDIs.
The Northern Ireland-based firm transports high-tech video equipment across Europe and its latest vans are operating from the Londonderry headquarters and a European hub in the Netherlands.
Supplied by dealer Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van (NI), the vehicles are air conditioned and have sleeping areas behind the seats, built by Bespoke Services of Co Antrim.
"We know from experience that Mercedes-Benz trucks and vans are extremely fuel-efficient and well built," says Colm Diamond, European logistics manager.
"We operate to tight schedules and our vehicles are never in any one country for more than a couple of days. It's a demanding job for our drivers and their vehicles, so we demand the best."
