Mann+Hummel’s Entaron HD 4 air cleaner has won a leading award for outstanding product design.
The compact air cleaner for machinery and compressors now has a coveted Red Dot accreditation, after the 2016 award’s judging panel gave it the seal of approval.
The installation space required by the air cleaner is up to a third smaller than comparable products. It is also highly versatile: its cover, user-friendly fasteners and freely positionable raw air ports enable flexible use with many different machines.
Core to its design are the receiving elements for the fasteners around the housing.
“A modern and functional design is also very important for components in the engine compartment and is appreciated by customers. Therefore, we are particularly pleased about this award,” says Andrew Glynn, product manager for air cleaners at Mann+Hummel.
