Six new Volvo B7RLE single deck buses, with Wrightbus Eclipse 2 bodywork, have been delivered to Minsterley Motors for use on its Shropshire-based bus services.
The Volvo D7E 7.1-litre 290bhp diesel engine is situated alongside the gearbox configuration, at the rear of the bus, to provide maximum space at the front.
"We've had plenty of Volvo buses before," explains Minsterley Motors' John Jones. "We like the Volvo-Wrightbus combination and we've got a new bus schedule for 2012 ... so we needed good reliable, consistent buses."
