Juratek has launched a modified, ‘easy-fit’ version of the brake disc assembly for DAF CF and XF trucks – moving from the original 40-piece fitting to a new unit that requires just 10 bolts to secure it to the hub.
The new brake disc assembly replaces DAF OE part numbers 1387439, 1640561, 1726138, 1739542, 1783346, 1812563, 1812582 and includes a new fitting kit as part of the disc ( reference number DAF111D).
Juratek claims this “drastically” reduces the fitting times – meaning that transport operators can get vehicles back on the road faster and benefit from reduced technician labour times when replacing discs.
