Nissan has confirmed that the eNV200, the company's first 100% electric van, will make its UK debut at the show.
With fuel prices continuing to rise, the Japanese manufacturer is hoping that being able to charge the van, rather than fuel it, will be a significant turn-on for owners and operators.
Also making its debut on the Nissan stand will be the NV200 taxi, Nissan's vision for the future of the London 'black cab'. This unit is based on the company's multi-purpose NV200 compact van redesigned to comply with TfL's Taxi Conditions of Fitness.
"We're looking forward to showing the eNV200 to the public and offering a glimpse into the future of vans and their potential low running costs," states Jon Pollock, Nissan GB corporate sales director.
"Fleets that have recently tested the eNV200 have given us excellent feedback and we're now excited to see the response from the public," he adds.
