Owens Road Services will be announcing the opening of its ATF (Authorised Testing Facility), in-house Centre of Excellence and Owens Recruitment Solutions at April's Multimodal Show.
With approval from VOSA and the Department for Transport, Owens' new ATF now provides safety and regulatory testing for both HGVs and PSVs. Tachograph services, including calibration and performance reports, are also available, for both digital and analogue systems.
Meanwhile, visitors will get the chance to find out more about 'Owens Recruitment Solutions', which provides driver training and CPC preparation for all types of commercial vehicle licence.
Also new for 2013 is Owens' Centre of Excellence, focused on providing skills development and training.
The company says it offers basic and advanced training programmes, covering mechanical handling and transport-related equipment to LOLER and RTIB certification standards.
