Vehicle rental business SHB Hire has taken delivery of the first batch of vehicles from its order for 150 New Daily vans and 93 Euro 6 Eurocargo trucks from Iveco.
The new additions to the Romsey, Hampshire-based operator's 13,500-strong fleet range from 3.5-tonne up to 18-tonne vehicles.
Iveco's warranty was a key factor in SHB's decision, according to Jim Bullock, from SHB's vehicle purchasing team.
"We want vehicles that will spend the least amount of time in the workshop as possible, which translates into the minimum disruption for our customers," says Bullock.
"Both the New Daily and the latest Eurocargo range benefit from extended service intervals, an excellent warranty package and proven driveline technology."
