Terberg Fire and Rescue has added six Vauxhall Vivaro and Movano fully-equipped mobile service units to its service fleet across the UK and Ireland.
The company, which offers refurbishment, repairs, service and spare parts services to the fire industry, is based out of Gloucester and Halifax.
"These new vehicles are self-sufficient and their specification and high equipment levels give us the facility to check, inspect, service and repair vehicles, either on customer premises or on the road," states Alisdair Couper, managing director of Terberg Fire and Rescue.
"Our service operation has expanded year-on-year to form a significant operation and, as a result, we have developed a nationwide structure to support these services – of which the MSUs are a valuable asset," he adds.
The service vehicles will be used to respond to calls from operators of fire vehicles in the aviation, domestic and industrial markets.
