Specialist vehicle supplier Terberg DTS (UK) says it is ready for the Olympic period, having positioning several YT distribution vehicles at key locations around the M25.
The move is to support its logistics customers involved in supplying goods and services within the Olympic venues and surrounding areas, and includes vehicles from Terberg's rental fleet.
"We have identified the key risk areas and have proactively positioned these distribution trucks at strategic locations in the London area," explains According to Alisdair Couper, managing director at Terberg DTS (UK).
"Speed of response will be critical during the Olympic schedule and we have taken this strategic customer support decision to ensure that our reaction time is kept to a minimum," he adds.
Terberg DTS is currently the largest supplier of specialist vehicles to the distribution sector, as well as operating a substantial fleet of latest specification rental trucks.
