
The one-day conference will provide expert insight from an impressive line-up of expert speakers, including leading manufacturers and government and industry experts.
At the conference, Nick Elliot, a specialist transport consultant and chairman of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers Professional Sector Council, IRTE, will give a session about the new Maintenance Provision Rating Scheme (MPRS), exploring the benefits of MPRS and look at what its aims are and the process involved for approval.
Among the other speakers in sessions are the recently appointed Senior Traffic Commissioner Kevin Rooney, Neil Barlow, head of policy and Dave Wood, head of autonomous vehicle policy, both from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), and Nick Sanderson, principal type approval engineer at the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA).
