Since joining the business as an aftersales coordinator in 2013, Jess has held various roles, most recently as Internal sales manager overseeing an office-based team of six.
She will join the senior management team, which also consists of CEO David Hall, sales & marketing director Adam Bowser and finance director Surb Gogna.
Hall said: “Jess has been an integral part of Team Totalkare for the past nine years and has a great understanding of the company’s needs as we seek to accelerate the growth we have seen in the last few years. I am confident that Jess is the perfect candidate for the role and congratulate her on her appointment.”
