Volvo dealership Truck & Bus Wales & West has opened a new facility in Bridgwater, Somerset, close to junction 23 of the M5.
The site was formerly the depot for a heavy haulage transport company depot and third party workshop, but Truck & Bus Wales & West has upgraded the office and workshop building with a six-figure refurbishment. This includes rebranding, exterior cladding, a new parts department and new workshop equipment with an additional workshop roller door.
“Inside the workshop we’ve installed a new compressor, new mobile column lifts and new lubrication equipment. Further major improvements are scheduled in the coming weeks and a new van will also cater for parts deliveries,” says Nathan Hansford, dealerpoint manager.
Plans have already been approved to expand the new premises, with three more workshop bays and an ATF lane.
