Scottish waste management operator NWH Group has opened its first site south of the border, in Newcastle.
NWH Group says the Newcastle site will initially focus on skip hire, but will expand to include other waste and recycling services, including access to the operator’s fleet of tippers, grab lorries, low loaders and ejector trailers.
Mark Williams (pictured), CEO of the Edinburgh-based operator, says: “We are delighted to be opening our first English site which will enable us to deliver our range of services to businesses in and around Newcastle.
“This marks a real milestone for us as we continue to forge ahead with our growth strategy for geographical expansion.”
