Diesel fuel spillage kits are now available from Shentongroup, with container sizes ranging from 20 litres up to 200 litres.
The spill kits all come with fuel absorbent pads and booms, waste bags and ties, as well as instructions. Larger kits can also include drain covers and seals, detergent and warning signs, all packaged in a yellow-wheeled bin.
With the Environment Agency taking an increasingly strong line with polluters, by issuing stringent fines, in accordance with the Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) Regulations 2001, workshops need to take spills seriously.
