Isuzu’s reliability is a relief to A1 Loo Hire

Twelve years after taking their first ever Isuzu truck, A1 Loo Hire is adding a further five new Isuzus to its 100 strong vehicle fleet, with the addition of four Isuzu 7.5 tonne rigids and one Isuzu 13.5 tonne rigid. These vehicles are all working within the company’s support operation for its portable toilets and other associated products that are in use at outdoor events and on construction sites across the UK.

Scania introduces fourth generation of hybrid trucks

Scania is introducing hybrid electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) trucks that can be fitted with different power­train and charging options. A new electric machine, GE281, works in tandem with a Scania seven or nine-litre combus­tion engine, providing opportunities for creating fossil-free transport solutions for heavy trucks with demanding bodywork.
