As the Council's "O" license holder, you will be required to manage the workshop to ensure the fleet operations meet legal, financial and safety requirements at all times. The role also requires you to work closely with and advise the Council's taxi licensing section, and to be responsible for the operation of an MOT station which will require an MOT Examiners Management qualification (class IV and VII).
This post carries a salary range and the successful candidate will be appointed at the level appropriate to their qualifications and abilities. Support will be available for the successful applicant to train to achieve a higher grade.
