Supplied by dealer Steadplan, in Leeds, the vehicle is an Isuzu N35.150 twin rear wheel Grafter, fitted with a TGS aluminium tipper body.
Owner/operator Paul Gray, based in Skipton, says his friend – also an Isuzu truck operator – told him the vehicle was “bullet-proof”.
Gray adds: “Now that I have bought my first ever Isuzu, I have nothing but praise for what it can do. Not only is it extremely sturdy and robust for such a small truck, most importantly it feels like it’s built to last and should give me years of productive service in my business.”
Indeed, Gray has now recommended the marque to one of his friends, who has himself purchased an Isuzu for his coal delivery business.
The Isuzu Grafter 3.5-tonne rigid truck recently won the 2016 Best Builder’s Truck prize from Trade Van Driver magazine for the fifth year running.
