Commercial vehicle rental business TOM Vehicle Rental has taken delivery of 330 new Ford Transits, taking its Ford orders for the past year to more than 1,000 vehicles.
The Transits join the Airdrie-based operator's fleet of 8,500 vehicles, and will be used at its Manchester and Nottingham sites, as well as across Scotland.
One third of the fleet is now Ford vehicles, says operations director James Rafferty. "We adapt to what our rental customers want," he says.
"Ford has a great range, from small vans to large, so there is something for everyone, and our customers like them."
