Tail lift manufacturer DEL will be at the 2011 CV Show, set to take place at the NEC in Birmingham on 12—14 April next year.
"[The CV Show] has always given us the perfect opportunity to meet a high volume of potential customers and we look forward to another excellent show," comments DEL sales director Simon Eskriett
Other exhibitors recently confirmed include Direct Tyre Management, which will offer advice on how fleets can best manage tyres, and Smith Electric Vehicles, whose stand will feature the world's first electric truck incorporating a hydrogen fuel cell.
Meanwhile, making its first appearance at the CV Show, Bevan will be promoting its aftercare service. The bodybuilder's aftercare manager Roy Shelton says: "Our response times were already good but, since introducing the new system, we've been able to reduce them still further. The operator in our control room can see where all our engineers are, and allocate the job to the one closest to the customer's location."
Strongs Plastic Products will also be exhibiting, offering lightweighting opportunities, with plastic truck bodies at the show. The company claims these are more impact-resistant and 100% recyclable – and that they help to reduce overall vehicle weight.
